Cracked my favorite cymbal last week. Orphan Black just ripped my hear out. Jeep died.
Snowblower died.
Mac got a virus. Star Wars 8 was delayed.

All the bad things that have happened in the last two weeks.

Okay everyone. Lets take a deep breath.
Yes. Of course. Sorry. I know there are a lot of you that are probably losing your sh*t right now because of that In Memoriam video. Understandable. Here are some of my thoughts:
•Overall, I loved this video. It was sad and haunting and reminded me again why this show is so great.
•Rachel’s eye, Vic’s finger, Olivier’s tail (and the rest of him), Donnie’s dignity, Scott’s lunch, and Gracie’s innocence? Priceless.
•No one is safe.
Okay. Let’s specifically breakdown the part at the end. You all know what I’m talking about. I won’t say it because I don’t want to make the water works start again for some of you.
If by, “you” you mean @orphanblack? Yeah. I think they do. And it’s awesome.
There are a few ways this can go down:
•She’s not dead and this is one of the best marketing strategies of all time.
•She is dead and this is just a way for everyone to begin the grieving process for real. They’re still doing everyone a solid.
•A bit of a combo. Maybe she’s alive for a bit and says her goodbyes and allows everyone to get closure. Or she’s “dead” and then surprises us all at the end by being all like SIKE! GOTTCHA! I personally think this is most likely what’s gonna happen. Hard to say though. What I can say is that either way it shouldn’t be the end all be all of everything.
I’ve heard some people online talk about how they’re going to stop watching the show if she doesn’t come back. It makes me sad to hear this. Orphan Black has always been about pushing boundaries, challenging the characters (as well as the fans), and misdirect! Shall we not forget that we all thought Helena was gone forever? She wasn’t even put in any of the promo stuff because they wanted us to think she was gone for good. What a great surprise when she wasn’t! Don’t give up on a show just because a character you love is no longer on it. At the end of the day, they are in fact characters and the actors behind them might have other commitments. We all know how incredible Evelyne Brochu is as an actor and as a result is of course in high demand.
Season 4 is gonna be off the chain y’all and this video makes me even more anxious/excited. Anxited? Yeah lets go with that.
