When my dad was going to School Of Visual Arts, he worked in a furniture shop in the East Village that was like one of the top places to get custom and supreme highly priced furniture in all of NYC in the mid 80s. So they used to get tons of famous people. Pavarotti and Yoko Ono were one of their common customers. lol so my dad worked as the delivery guy, and one of the upholsterers…and he used to go drive the customers million dollar cars around the block a few times..to keep them busy. Haha. :P
